Spring Clean-up Day
Saturday, April 18, 2019
9:00 - 12:00 PM
Maintaining a clean environment is a top priority as we work to revitalize the Uptown District. Marysville is our home and it’s important to keep it looking nice and tidy, not only for those of us who live here, but also for the many who pass through. That is why we conduct annual Spring clean-up days.
With the generous support of many volunteers, business partners, and the City of Marysville, over 780 lbs of trash and debris have been removed from our neighborhood streets and waterways since 2017!
Held annually in late April, Spring Clean-up Day is a great volunteer opportunity for church groups, families, and businesses to give back to the community in conjunction with Earth Day.
Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or be a part of a chaperoned group like Boy Scouts or 4H.
Volunteers 16 and older may volunteer alone.
All volunteers will be required to sign a Volunteer Liability Release Form the day of the event.
Volunteers are asked wear appropriate clothing and shoes.
Gloves, grabbers, and trash bags will be provided, as will snacks and water.
The event will occur rain or shine, unless severe weather threatens.
Save some time! Click here to download, print, and complete the Release and Waiver of Liability form.
Just remember to bring the completed form with you to the event!
