Financial Relief Available for Small Businesses

The Union County 3R Small Business Relief Grant Program has been launched to provide emergency financial assistance to small businesses throughout Union County that have experienced economic losses and need access to funding for lease or mortgage payments, payroll, general operations, or unforeseen expenses as a result of COVID-19.
The program provides direct grants to small businesses in the retail, restaurant, service, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. Eligible businesses must have at least two but not more than 30 full-time employees. Grants will typically be up to $2,500 each with a maximum cap of $5,000 for businesses indicating exemplary need. The grants are designed to supplement larger funding programs available through the state and federal governments, the Small Business Administration, and financial institutions.

This program is funded through contributions from businesses and individuals, as well as the Union County Board of County Commissioners, City of Marysville, Marysville-Union County Port Authority, Union County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Union County Chamber of Commerce, Ohio, and the Union County-Marysville Economic Development Partnership.
